CORVETTES AT CARLISLE CELEBRATING 40 YEARS

Corvettes at Carlisle is the largest and most fun-filled Corvette car show in the world. The annual Corvettes at Carlisle event features thousands of Corvettes representing all generations of America’s classic sports car. Corvette enthusiasm is contagious with participation in autocross, exhaust contests, seminars and more.
The excitement continues with an incredible parts shopping experience, including an automotive flea market with a wide variety of vendors, an all-Corvette car corral and Manufacturers Midway. Bring your Corvette or walk around and look at the amazing variety on display on the Fun Field. Corvettes at Carlisle spotlights all aspects of the Corvette hobby, including different styles, packages and every generation of production, from year one in 1953 to the modern day C8.

Thursday, August 25 - Mike and Peggy Todd will lead a Thursday caravan to Carlisle. We will meet at the Exxon Station on Rte. 522 just north of the I-64/Rte 522 inter change (Gum Spring, Exit 159) at 9:15 AM, departing at 9:30 AM. We will stop for lunch in Culpeper at “It’s about Thyme” restaurant. We will continue on Rte 522 to Front Royal then travel I-66 west to I-81 north to Carlisle.
In the past Dave and Lori Dolan lead a Friday caravan to Carlisle. Unfortunately they have a conflict this year and will not be able to do. We know there are folks that are going on Friday so if someone wants to organize the Friday cruise please contact John Rhodes, Events Coordinator.
