Join us on Saturday, October 12, 2019, in Charlotte, NC as Gayle & Paul Murman host the 8th annual Queen City Corvette show.
Meeting place: Friday, October 11, 2019
Combination Shell station/Burger King, 5615 Boydton Plank Road, Petersburg, VA (exit 63A of I85, station is on the left just after exit, Waffle House next to station, enter the station from the Waffle House).
Driver’s meeting/departure:
Please arrive around 9:30AM (or earlier if you are planning on eating breakfast at Burger King). Driver’s meeting at 9:45AM and departure at exactly 10:00AM.

Location:Hendrick Motorsports, 4400 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd, Concord, NC,
Hotel info: A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Charlotte University Place, NC. The room rate is $109.99 per night for a two room suite plus taxes and you must tell them you are with the Corvette Club of Richmond. The phone number to call is 1-704-549-8770.
Registration: OD - Paul & Gayle Murman will provide details at the June 14th club meeting.
Tours: In addition to the Corvette show, a tour of the Hendrick Heritage Center will be available for an additional fee. Also, for an additional fee, a tour of the Hendrick Race Shops (the 9/24 & the 48/88 shops) will be available. That same weekend (10/11 & 10/12) Blooming Gold will be on display with special Corvette judging. There will be a display of Corvettes honoring Mr. Jim Perkins, including The Red SR-2. Over 40 vendors will be participating. It is also said that Hendrick may giveaway a BRM Corvette C7-R Collection Watch valued at $8,550.00 to a lucky Corvette owner along with other large door prizes. You must be present to win.
Caravan: We will lead a caravan on October 11, for any who want to travel with us. We will depart at exactly 10:00 AM and stop for lunch around noon. If you plan on traveling with us, please let us know.

It is a rain or shine event, so rain is not permitted that weekend.
