VIR Full Course Track Day - October 12, 2023
We are rapidly approaching our Fall Track Day on Thursday, October 12, 2023 and already looking forward to seeing everyone.
It will be limited to 52 cars with 2 run groups, running alternating 30-minute session the entire day, same as our prior events. Each run group will have 4 hours of track time. Once we have the 52 slots filled, you will receive an email with more information and forms to be completed in advance of the event in order to make the registration process smooth and more efficient.
We are again very fortunate to have an unbelievable group of very experienced certified HPDE instructors available to ride with you, led by Marty Barrett.
Please put your check in the mail or make your Venmo payment timely as it is expected to fill up quickly.
The Cost is $475 and you can make your payment:

Lunch will again be provided by Foreign Cars Italia.
Please indicate your T-shirt size when responding so we can get shirts ordered timely. If your shirt size is the same as prior events I already have your shirt size.

Cost is $475 per car/slot/run group and includes: Track Time, Track Personnel (starter and corner workers), Professional Driver ride-along instruction lead by Marty Barrett along with a great group of very experienced, certified HPDE instructors, emergency equipment and personnel, track property/liability insurance and lunch. The cost does not include helmet, fuel, lodging, or car insurance.
Registration: Wednesday Evening from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Thursday Morning from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM
Driver’s Meeting at 7:45 AM Track Closes at 5:30 PM
Two Run Groups:
1) More Experienced 2) Less Experience
SA15 Helmet Required for each Driver and Guest(s) who ride along (no Motorcycle helmets).
No Open Wheel Cars or Stock Cars.
Rain or Shine event.
