Subject: Road Atlanta June 25th & 26th Sign-up
Drivers,
Really looking forward to our trip to Road Atlanta in June. I am sending this email well in advance since it will be our first time and need to be sure we can fill most of the spots in advance. It also gives me enough time to work on filling any spots if we don’t sell out from our group.
Based on the survey, we will be changing the format since it will be a 2-Day event. It will be limited to 60 cars with 3 run groups, 1) Less Experienced, 2) More Experienced and 3) Advanced. Each run group will have 3 hours of track time. Please indicate which run group is your preference.
Please put your check in the mail or make your Venmo payment timely to hold your spot. In addition, feel free to forward this email to others you know who might have an interest to ensure we can sell it out.
The Cost is $475 per day and you can run either one of the days or both days. If you run both days the cost is $950. You can make your payment as follows:
By Venmo: you can send your payment to @VIR-Track-Days, for those with dual verification the last four of my cell phone number are 1388. Please also be sure you send payment as a “Friend” so there are no fees charged.

Lodging:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the LaQuinta Inn for our group. It is about 2.5 miles from the track. Have been told it has a truck & trailer friendly parking lot.
The reduced rate is $119 or $129 per night depending on room type and it includes breakfast. Here is the link to make your room reservations.

Car Transportation:
Several people have inquired about having a car hauler take their car(s) and then they would fly. Here are 3 possible options, if you are interested in any of the options let me know and I will put you in contact with others who also have an interest and you can work with each other to make the arrangements.
Option #1 – Single car open-air or enclosed hauler.
Option #2 – 2 or 3 car open air hauler with the cost being split based on the number of cars.
Option #3 – 10 car enclosed hauler with the cost being split based on the number of cars. The issue would be getting everyone to a central location to load the cars.
No Open Wheel Cars or Stock Cars.
