Subject: Road Atlanta June 3rd & 4th 2025
Drivers,
Want to see if there is enough interest to do Road Atlanta again on June 3rd and 4th of 2025. The cost will depend on the number of drivers who sign-up. Below is a chart of what the cost would be per day and for both days depending on the number of drivers.
If you can let me know if you have an interest and if that interest is dependent on a certain cost/#of Drivers I can begin to plan and see if it makes sense to try to rent the track. These cost are only for the track and the required liability and personal accident insurance required by the track. It does not include lunch or a T-Shirt.
Please let me know by 12/31/24 if you are interested in going to Road Atlanta.
If we have enough interest I will send an email on January 2nd, 2025 with the final details and ask everyone to make payment by 1/15/25. If everyone who commits makes their payment by 1/25/25 then I will sign the contract with Road Atlanta.
